Jillian is a delegate from Iowa that will be participating in the 2011 Children’s Congress! She enjoys school, spending time with friends and family, soccer, Girl
Scouts, ice skating, and creating original works of art. Jillian is also
doing a great deal to raise awareness about type 1. She has been a JDRF Youth Ambassador, has talked with her congressman
through JDRF’s Promise to Remember Me Campaign, and has spoken in front
of the Council Bluffs City Council to raise awareness for World Diabetes
