Thousands of calls were made to Members of Congress in support of the renewal of the Special Diabetes Program (SDP), and we couldn’t have done it without you! However, our pursuit of a multi-year renewal of the SDP before Congress adjourns is not over yet.

Two weeks ago, Hasan mentioned that we would be asking you to take action one more time before the end of the year.
