On behalf of the Promise Campaign Co-Chairs and JDRF Advocacy staff, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work throughout the Campaign thus far. We have hit a number of Campaign milestones this year already, from getting a record number of meetings in August to hitting our midway goal of 250 meetings one month early. These accomplishments are all due to the unfailing activism of advocates like you across the country. A successful Promise Campaign is the best gift we could ask for this holiday season!

Once we return from the holidays, we will be focusing on scheduling meetings during the first two weeks of January. Legislators are not due to return to D.C. until January 17, so the beginning of the month provides us with the best opportunity to get Promise meetings scheduled since the August recess.

Thank you again for your continued persistence in getting Promise meetings completed, and we hope you have a very happy holiday!
