$1.3 Million Raised for Type 1 Diabetes Research
We are so grateful to all who share our vision of a world without type 1 diabetes. On Friday May 13th, we came together at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and honored the Adams family for their commitment to help Spur the Cure for type 1 diabetes.
With the incredible support of our Nevada community, we raised $1,300,000 to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat type 1 diabetes (T1D) and its complications.
We are so thankful to all who contributed to the success of our event. Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, Fund A Cure donors, the companies and individuals who donated auction items and all who so generously bid in the silent and live auction.
A special thanks goes to Weston, Shelley and Brighton Adams for sharing their T1D story and for their family, friends and business associates who supported them with such generosity. For those who were not able to join us, we invite you to watch the story of the Adams family.
Together we made an incredible impact and the funds raised will help drive breakthrough research to improve the lives of millions living with type 1 diabetes.
