Janiczek Homes and Period Architecture Custom Built Potting Shed/Playhouse

Joseph Mackin, Jr. of Period Architecture and Mark Janiczek of Janiczek Homes partnered to design a bespoke, custom playhouse that may also function as a potting shed. This meticulously crafted miniature masterpiece measures eight by twelve feet for a total of 96 square feet. The combined vision of these two award-winning artisans was to bring a whimsical dream house to life for enjoying the pastoral beauty of our renowned suburbs. This truly one-of-a-kind structure features hinged, operable windows; a weather vane; and a decorative star. The exterior will be composite, shake siding and have a dimensional, asphalt roof with an unfinished interior. The winner will have the opportunity to choose the color of siding and exterior trim!
