Registration for the JDRF One Walk is now open and we invite you to join 10,000 people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) at walks in Columbus (October 1st), Atlanta (October 15^th), and Athens (October 23rd).

In a sea of blue and orange shirts, you’ll find people just like you – children, adults, families, co-workers, and friends – walking together because they are committed to finding a cure for T1D. Whether you’re a first-timer or veteran walker, the connection and camaraderie you’ll experience will be life-changing. And because so many others have turned this experience into successful fundraising, we’ve been able to raise more than $1 billion dollars for groundbreaking discoveries in T1D research.

Here’s how you can get started helping JDRF turn Type One into Type None:

1. Sign up to be a One Walk Team Captain and register your team or join an existing team.
2. Set recruitment and fundraising goals for your team.
3. Recruit, recruit, recruit! Get everyone you know to join your team.
4. Be a coach and cheerleader, and show your team how to be successful at their own personal Walk goals.
5. Walk!

Team Captains and aspiring Team Captains— Join us for the JDRF One Walk Kickoff in a city near you and we’ll fill you in on everything you need to know to form a Walk team and FUN-draise for the JDRF One Walk!
