Save the Date for the 2019 Hope Gala

Recognized as one of the premier non-profit events in Atlanta, the 24th annual Hope Gala will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel on May 4th. The Hope Gala is the Georgia Chapter’s signature spring fundraiser with a goal of raising $2 million for JDRF’s mission this year. The 2019 Hope Gala will be chaired by Ashley & Jack Reed and Mary Field & Andy Wise. Both couples are longtime supporters of JDRF and are excited to lead the effort for what is shaping up to be an amazing and successful evening. In addition, the Georgia Chapter is proud to announce Lisa and Todd Klumok as this year’s recipients of the Barbara and Duke Roos Living and Giving Award. Lisa and Todd have a son, Bobby, who has been living with T1D for more than a decade. They will be recognized for their years of passion and dedication during the Hope Gala evening program.

The elegant black-tie evening features a fabulous cocktail party, seated dinner and spectacular silent and live auctions. The evening’s excitement culminates during Fund A Cure where 100% of the proceeds go directly towards diabetes research. To conclude the evening, guests can celebrate the night’s successes at the gala after-party featuring light bites, cocktails and live music.

To become a part of this inspirational evening, consider donating to the auction, soliciting a sponsorship, securing your table or tickets now OR donating to Fund a Cure.
