Gurino Family & Joseph Mure Jr Annual Party

in

On Tuesday, September 14th, guests gathered at the North Hills Country Club in Manhasset for an annual event held by the Gurino Family & Joseph Mure Jr. For more than 10 years, these two families have hosted an incredible array of year-round events to benefit JDRF.

Many years ago, what started as a small backyard gathering to benefit JDRF grew into the event of the season! Guests who check in are greeted by enthusiastic family and friends who have volunteered their support year after year. Once inside, guests could take a seat inside the ballroom before heading outside on the patio to enjoy a beautiful view, outside bar, and good company!

The Gurino Family, Joseph Mure Jr., and many volunteers worked the past few months tirelessly to create this overwhelmingly successful event. From finding vendors to donate food and spirits to securing silent auction items, the families worked around the clock to make sure things went smoothly, and everyone had a great time. Alongside having a fun evening, is their ultimate goal of raising critical funds and awareness for JDRF.
This year’s event was a record-breaking year- the event has raised over $150,000!

Thank you to the Gurino Family, Joseph Mure Jr., volunteers, sponsors, and the North Hills Country Club for their tremendous efforts in arranging and hosting another ever-successful event!
