Thank you again for being a part of the JDRF One Walk this year. We are so grateful for your passion, commitment, and determination. Despite all the changes, our walkers still laced up their sneakers and put miles towards our mission! Together, you have raised more than $864,000 leaving us only $11,000 away from reaching our goal of $875,000! Thank you for all you do so JDRF can continue to accelerate research that improves the lives of people living with type 1 diabetes (T1D).

In case you missed it, you can still watch the full recorded broadcast ceremony which features T1D Champions and stars of the DC Universe and the CW series, “Stargirl”, Brec Bassinger and Cameron Gellman who share stories of inspiration and the power of our community. Watch through to the end as you may see some videos submitted by Walk participants from our area!

As a reminder, please make sure to note our upcoming Walk deadlines:

• Walker T-Shirts: When you raise $100 or more for the JDRF One Walk, you qualify to receive a JDRF One Walk t-shirt. An email will be sent to you to order your shirt and the deadline to redeem is December 23, 2020.

• V1P T-Shirts: When you raise $1,000 or more for the JDRF One Walk, you qualify for a V1P T-Shirt which can be redeemed until June 30, 2021.

• Walk Fundraising Rewards: Raise $250 or more and you will qualify for our fundraising rewards program featuring a variety of branded JDRF items at each giving level. The deadline to qualify for this program is December 1, 2020 at Noon. All qualified participants will receive a gift catalog via email. Kindly note, team totals and general team donations are not applied to the incentive program. If you would like to opt-out of the rewards program and give more money back to JDRF, please log in to your Participant Center, click “edit profile”, and opt out of the fundraising rewards program located under “Event Registration Information”.

• Walk Fundraising: Donations will be accepted for the 2020 JDRF One Walk until June 30, 2021.
