SPECIAL AGENDA: We are lucky enough to have two social workers from Children’s Hospital to come in and talk to the parents and our teen/pre-teen children with T1D! Jennifer Rein, LICSW and Victoria Ochoa, LICSW will be coming in. We will split into two groups, Parents and Teens/Pre-Teems with T1D.
Topics of Discussion:
• Independence
• Burn-out
• Puberty & T1D
Parents and their teens/pre-teens with T1D are all invited. Due to the nature of this meeting we will not have babysitting available for younger children.
• Light Refreshments will be provided
• RSVP with number of teens/pre-teens and adults that will be attending is required.
