Become a JDRF Youth Ambassador!

in , , ,

The JDRF Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter Youth Ambassadors are children and teens with type 1 diabetes (T1D), between the ages of 6 and 17, who are involved with the educational and volunteer efforts of JDRF Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter.

The Youth Ambassador Program for JDRF Kentucky and Southern Indiana empowers young leaders to develop leadership skills while supporting fundraising and awareness efforts for JDRF. Youth Ambassadors will be selected to represent JDRF in their communities, supporting the JDRF vision of a world without T1D. Individuals selected for this program should have a positive outlook of T1D and JDRF, excitement and willingness to engage others, and have a supportive family and network to help them achieve their goals.

Would you like to work with other young leaders to spread awareness and help turn Type One into Type None?
