The Department of Pediatrics and the Pediatric Endocrinology Team at Kaiser Permanente Panorama City invite you to attend this special event for teens with T1D. This event is open to teens ages 16 to 19 years old.

Parents and family members are also welcomed to attend.

Food and snacks will be provided.
