Guest check-in will be located at the top of the escalators once you enter the hotel from valet parking. If you did not pre-register your preferred method of payment prior to April 26th you will be available at check in.

6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. – Hosted Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail reception, while socializing, bidding on the perfect almost live package, and participating in the wine & bourbon raffle before the doors open to reveal a night full of philanthropic giving.

7:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Honoree Recognition, Dinner, Fund A Cure & Live Auction

As we pay tribute to this year’s honoree, guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner, wine, unique entertainment, dancing, and the ever-popular live auction culminating with Fund A Cure.

Fund A Cure provides an opportunity for all guests to support JDRF funded research. The auctioneer will call out giving levels from $50,000 to $100. Guests simply raise their bid paddle at the giving level they are most comfortable with and their 100% tax-deductible contribution will drive critical JDRF research priorities.

Proceeds from the 2024 Promise Ball will support the next milestone in diabetes research. As JDRF is dedicated to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications, we hope to count on you for your help in taking us a step closer to the cure.
