Party for Hope
The Gala ends and the After Party begins at 9:30 pm with live entertainment from the band Liquid Pleasure, open bar, dancing, late night eats, and more!
After Party Co-Chairs Ali Frye, Carlin Fuge, and Erin Fuge stated that they came up with the idea of hosting the After Party this year as a way to extend the momentum and excitement to a younger crowd. “We wanted to be sure to bring in the next generation and continue the wonderful support JDRF has had over the years,” said Ali Frye.
“The research that is funded by JDRF is so important to us that we want to ensure continued support. What better way to get people excited than an After Party?” said Erin Fuge.
Attendance at the After Party is included with the purchase of a ticket to the 16th Annual JDRF DC Hope Gala. Tickets can also be purchased here prior to the event for $100 or at the door for $120.
“We really want the event to be a success. We are all sisters-in-law, and therefore, have type 1 diabetic husbands, siblings, fathers-in-law and brothers-in-law who live with this disease. It is a big part of our loved ones’ everyday lives, and for that reason we feel such a strong connection to making life for them easier,” said Carlin Fuge.
