in ,

What is the Youth Ambassador Program?

Youth Ambassadors help the JDRF MD chapter steward donors. We ask our Youth Ambassadors to commit to participating in either the JDRF TypeOneNation Summit, the JDRF One Walk, Gala, in addition to at least one other event/activity throughout the term which includes Youth Ambassadors projects dedicated to thanking our donors and supporters.

Who is eligible to be a Youth Ambassador?

Youth Ambassadors are local MD youth living with (T1D) between the ages of 5 and 18 years old who are interested in representing JDRF Maryland at chapter events throughout the year.

It is a wonderful opportunity to represent youth living with T1D while helping raise awareness and education within the MD community!

How long is the program?

One year.

How can someone apply?
