During the past year, JDRF has undergone efforts to streamline and create efficiencies in our mail processing work. Beginning Tuesday, October 31, 2023, we are officially transitioning to a new check and mail processing system in all chapters. We are doing this for numerous reasons—the primary one is to empower all of us to have more opportunities to engage with and serve you, rather than spending time processing mail and check donations.

The new vendor, Moore Response Management Group (RMG), has assigned centralized PO Boxes for all 29 chapters. All PO Boxes are in Hagerstown, Maryland, to facilitate and ensure secure and more efficient check processing.

Our chapter’s new PO Box to which all mail and check donations should be sent is:
