Palm Research Center invites you to join them for a Trial Net Screening Event at their Southern Hills office location for a free type 1 diabetes screening.

Anyone is invited to be screened who:

• is between the ages of 1 and 45 and has a parent, brother/sister, or child with T1D (ages 3-45 in the United Kingdom)
• is between the ages of 1 and 20 and have an aunt/uncle, cousin, grandparent, niece/nephew, or half-brother/sister with T1D (ages 3-20 in the United Kingdom)
• has not been diagnosed with diabetes
• has not been tested in the last 12 months
