Hit the hiking trails with Gene Popson, a T1D Dad and avid hiker, for an opportunity to connect with others living with type 1 diabetes and enjoying the trails at Allaire State Park. This is a free event, but please registration is required!

Join others from the local T1D community as we Hit the Trails at Allaire State Park! This hike will be approximately 3-6 miles on flat, wooded trails. The park also has a historic village.
What to Bring
Dress in layers for the weather. Hiking boots or shoes are recommended. Remember the bring the essentials like bug spray, sunblock, snacks, water and fast acting carbs in a small pack.
