Hit the hiking trails with Gene Popson, a T1D Dad and avid hiker, for an opportunity to connect with others living with type 1 diabetes and enjoying the trails at South Mountain Reservation. This is a free event, but please registration is required!

Join others from the local T1D community as we Hit the Trails at South Mountain Reservation! This hike includes a few short hills and will be up to 4-5 miles.
What to Bring
Dress in layers for the weather. Hiking boots or shoes are recommended. Remember to bring the essentials like bug spray, sunblock, snacks, water and fast acting carbs in a small pack.
While this is a free event, registration is required by Wednesday, April April 24!
