Peyton writes: The Walk was cold but I was lucky to have my friends, Christian and Bor, come with me to make it fun.  I am happy that so many people care about diabetes.  I hope we have enough money to find a cure.J  Most people think you only walk one mile but you really walk three, 1½ there and 1½ back.  We passed a lot of boats which was awesome.  It was funny that a man was cheerleading and giving refreshments.  He told us his wife had T1D.  It’s nice to have so many people be walking to cure diabetes.  Oh, before this blog is over, there was the best DJ ever!  He played “What Does the Fox Say” just for me J as we were eating lunch.  It was the best Walk ever for me …
