Presented by Abbott – makers of the FreeStyle Libre® 3 continuous glucose monitoring system

We're excited to welcome our community back into the ballroom for the 2022 JDRF Hope Gala! Join us for a swanky Supper Club evening. This is a high-profile, lively fundraising event that brings the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community together for a meaningful and memorable evening. This signature event draws social, business, and civic leaders from around the Bay Area and Northern California. Please join us for cocktails, a gourmet dinner, the presentation of the Living & Giving Award, an extraordinary live auction, inspirational Fund A Cure speaker, and live entertainment by the nationally recognized dance band Hip Service.

Event Details

  • COVID-19 Precautions: At JDRF, protecting the health and safety of our guests, donors, volunteers and staff remains a top priority as we prepare to come together in-person to advance the mission we all share. This event will follow current guidelines outlined by the CDC, federal, state, and local municipalities.  All JDRF and event venue protocols will be followed.

Ways to Give & Get Involved

Fund A Cure is an opportunity to make an impact on the lives of people living with T1D and their loved ones through a 100% tax-deductible donation, which will accelerate life-changing research. Fund A Cure donations will be invested in JDRF’s effective and focused research agenda aimed to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until there is a cure.

  • Our Exciting Grand Prize – be sure to purchase tickets on Gala night for a chance to win:

Super 73 Electric Bike AND a Pedego Electric Bike!

  • High-profile sponsorship opportunities are available:

    Contact: Cara Pierce at cpierce@jdrf.org

  • JDRF Advocates use the most powerful tools they have — their own personal stories — to communicate the financial, medical and emotional costs of T1D to our nation’s leaders. JOIN US! Use your voice to help secure Federal funding for important diabetes research, inform health and regulatory policy, and improve the quality of life for those affected by T1D until we find cures.
