JDRF’s Piedmont Triad Chapter raised $825,000 at its 2012 Hope Gala, which was at theKoury Convention Center in Greensboro on February 25, 2012. The event honored all children with type 1 diabetes; these children were very much a part of the evening’s festivities.

“Thanks to an incredible outpouring of support from sponsors, guests, and others, we were able to raise $825,000 to help JDRF find a cure for diabetes and its complications,” said Mike Conrad, Executive Director of JDRF’s Piedmont Triad Chapter.
