Type 1 Diabetic Supplies

All T1D supplies that we receive will be sent to our partner, Insulin 4 Life, to be distributed to approved medical practitioners who in turn provide the supplies free of charge to families in need.

• Glucose test strips (at least 3 months until expiration/use-by date)
• Unused glucose meters that are less than 1 year old
• Glucagon (at least 3 months until expiration/use-by date)
• 0.3, 0.5 and 1 cc syringes (those sizes only)
• New, unused pen needles
• Lancing devices
• Lancets
• Alcohol prep pads

Hurricane Clean-up Supplies

Our local Coastal Carolina Chapter is currently identifying appropriate organizations to collect and distribute the supplies to families in our local area.

• Gift cards to national Big Box stores (Wal-Mart, Target, etc.)
• Baby items (diapers, wipes, etc.)
• Non-perishable dry goods and canned food
• Cleaning supplies (bleach, Lysol, Clorox wipes, etc.)
• Hygiene products (soap, toothpaste/toothbrushes, floss, feminine products, deodorant)
• Paper towels, tissues, toilet paper
• Pet supplies
• New pillows, sheets, towels
• Plastic storage bins
