Our event features an open bar, please be responsible and use a car service like Uber or Lyft.
Should you choose to self-park in the Westin garage, simply pull a ticket and bring it with you
to Registration for validation. The Westin parking garage is attached to the hotel.

Coat Check and Attire
Complimentary coat check is available and the attire is Black Tie.

This year’s Silent Auction will be all electronic via your smartphone.  For the best experience and early access to the Silent Auction, please provide a 10-digit cell phone number for you and all guests to JDRF before November 1. You will receive a text message prior to your arrival at The Westin.  Simply launch the personal link to bid early and often right from your phone!  Don’t leave home without your fully charged smartphone!

Evening Schedule
Our Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction will begin at 6:00 p.m. Guests will then be asked to their seats at
7:30 p.m. for dinner, Live Auction and Fund A Cure. Following the evening program, guests are invited to stay and
enjoy the After Party.

After Party
After the dinner program is over, we crank up the volume and our guests enjoy an open bar, dancing and
entertainment by Charlotte’s premier party band, Michel Jons Band, and delicious “late night” treats.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes
All attendees will have an exclusive opportunity to take home a pair of His and Hers Rolexes! The pair of watches
has a combined value of $12,400. Tickets are $100 each and will only be available the night of the Gala. The grand
prize drawing will take place at the end of the evening program. You must be present to win. Special thanks to
