Co-founder of Hermoza Tiffany Rivers and her husband NFL Los Angeles Chargers Quarterback, Philip Rivers’ son was diagnosed with T1D at age five, forever changing the lives of their family of nine children.

The limited-edition Change the Game t-shirts and hats is available at $30 each, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the affiliate of your choice – JDRF, Insulin for Life or Diabetes Research Center (DRC)!
