Blake Martinez

Blake comes to the Packers from Oro Valley, Arizona.  He was drafted after his senior year at Stanford in the 4th Round of the 2016 NFL Draft. In his rookie season, he played in 13 games with nine starts at inside line backer and ranked No. 5 on the team with 62 tackles.  This season he had continued success and tied for the league lead in total combined tackles, 144!

 

 

 

Brian Butch

Brian is an Appleton native who played basketball at Appleton West and went on to be a stand out at the University of Wisconsin.  He had a long professional career oversees, and has recently returned to the area as the current Associate Coach with The Wisconsin Herd.  We are excited to welcome a hometown legend to the Gala!

 

 

 

 

 

Otis Day- WIXX

Otis has been working at WIXX since December of 1997.  He started doing “The All Night Party” for the first 12 years, then moved to 9a-1p where he has been ever since. He learned from his mom from a young age, to love what you do, and he loves his job!  He has two kids, Britton and Hudson, and loves to spend time with family and to laugh! He enjoys listening to music that can elicit emotions.  He finds that to be powerful.

 

 

 

Rachel Manek- Fox 11

Rachel is part of the team that brings you the number one morning news program, Good Day Wisconsin. Rachel serves as the show’s news anchor.  Rachel grew up in Appleton and graduated from Appleton East High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University in Indiana. During her junior year of college, Rachel studied at the University of Paris-Sorbonne.  After graduation Rachel worked as a general assignment reporter for KHQA-TV in Quincy, Illinois. After a year she moved on to WAOW-TV in Wausau where she was a reporter and weekend anchor.  In her spare time, Rachel likes to travel. She has been all over the world, including Sweden, Italy and India where she has family. She also enjoys books, movies, and a lot of TV!  Rachel and her husband John are the proud parents of two daughters, Isabella and Zoe.

Tom Milbourn, Emcee, Fox 11

Tom has been a part of FOX 11 News since 1994. Tom co-anchors FOX 11 News at Five and at Nine.  Tom’s career in news gathering spans more than four decades. In 2010, he received the ‘Carol Brewer Award’ recognizing a career of service to broadcast journalism in Wisconsin. He has also received numerous state and regional awards for his reporting over the years.  He has also received President’s Awards for community service from United Cerebral Palsy, Encompass Child Care, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin and Rotary International.  Tom has interviewed U.S. presidents, he’s covered national political conventions, Super Bowls, and flown with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. Tom’s experience brings perspective to the viewers of Northeast Wisconsin. He also frequently serves as a master of ceremonies or keynote speaker.  He has served on the boards of directors of Rotary Club of Green Bay, Junior Achievement, Packer 65 Roses Sports Club, Neville Public Museum Foundation and the American Red Cross. Tom is also the press box announcer for the Green Bay Packers.
