Thank you for attending our first JDRF TypeOneNation Summit! I hope you found the day to be educational, enlightening and inspiring. Our goal is to provide as much practical information as possible while infusing a sense of hope, optimism and excitement about the future of type one diabetes (T1D) research and advances.

If you are interested in getting involved with our JDRF chapter – whether you want to ride for the cure, volunteer in our office or serve on our Outreach Committee – please complete our JDRF Chapter Interest Form. Completed interest forms can be emailed or mailed to our chapter.

The secret of JDRF’s remarkable progress toward our ultimate goal of a world without T1D is one thing: you. We have a plan to keep people with T1D healthy and safe until we deliver prevention and a cure—and you play the most important part.

So, I also invite you to consider taking part in our T1D Looks Like Me challenge to help us raise $125,000 in honor of the 1.25 million Americans living with T1D. This challenge is a simple, powerful and interactive way to highlight how T1D affects millions of people all around the world, including right here in our own backyard.
