Whether your new year resolution is to get more exercise this year or you want to make sure you’re staying on top of your type 1 diabetes (T1D) while staying physically active, we’ve got the right exercise education for you! Our brand-new exercise resources are scientifically created to help you get a better understanding of how insulin and blood sugar affects physical activity and how to exercise safely when you have T1D.

And in case you need any more inspiration, we have a great video from Eric Tozer, JDRF ambassador and T1D athlete who talks about his journey.
