Dr. Philipson is an endocrinologist, the director of the Kovler Diabetes Center, and a leading world authority on type 1 diabetes (T1D). Under his leadership, Kovler Diabetes Center has been recognized as a one of only seven National Institutes of Health (NIH) Diabetes Research and Training Centers in the U.S. He has also served as principal investigator on numerous research projects and has been published in several biomedical journals.

Along with Dr. Philipson’s presentation about technology and devices for T1D care, guests will have access to the latest devices from Dexcom, Lilly Diabetes, Novo Nordisk, Medtronic, and others in our Wellness Area.
