Gear Up for Gala Season

in ,

If you are looking for a way to get involved with JDRF, we are excited to invite you to two Gala events happening this season.

Passport to a Cure is Thursday, February 23 at the Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, UT.

Our Mountain West Youth Ambassadors (YAs) are working to bring the vintage travel theme to life through their Ambassador Baskets featured in the silent auction. Each basket is themed after a country of the YA’s choosing and they will be sharing T1D facts from around the world, thanks to the T1D Index.

Bidding will open prior to the event and will close just as our keynote speaker, JDRFā€™s very own CEO, Aaron Kowalski, Ph.D., joins us on stage. Aaron will be sharing the latest T1D updates as well as a special Fund A Cure moment with guests.

For tickets and sponsorship information, please visit jdrfutah.org today to secure your seat in the ballroom. Donā€™t delay! Weā€™re just days away!

The JDRF Dream Gala is Friday, April 21 at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.

This black-tie optional event will feature Dream Baskets themed after hobbies and passions of those living with T1D. We canā€™t wait to introduce you to our Dream Basket honorees at the silent auction.

Along with our live auction and Fund A Cure portions of the program, youā€™ll be introduced to the science and mind behind the first disease-modifying therapy for T1D, Tzield, and its creator, Dr. Peter Gottlieb. Denverā€™s own Kyle Dyer will be sharing the storytelling of our Mission Chair with you, our guests.

You do not want to miss this exciting event or the sounds of Mile Hi Groove Band to close out the night.

For tickets and sponsorship information, please visit jdrfdreamgala.org today to ensure your attendance. April will be here before we know it!
