Over the years, we’ve talked to many people within the diabetes community who yearn for assistance with healthcare costs. JDRF continues to advocate at the federal level for insulin affordability for all, but want to share an assistance program we recently learned about that may help so many in the short-term “if they only knew.”

Novo Nordisk, insulin manufacturer, recently added additional options for patient assistance, one that includes a $99 cash card program for analog insulins that would cap the out of pocket monthly amount paid by the customer at $99, regardless if you have insurance or not. The process to request a card seems very quick and easy on the NovoCare.com web site and they have representatives that can answer additional questions.
