The 39th Annual Nordstrom Beat the Bridge to Beat Diabetes is going virtual and just around the corner on May 16th! Our goal for 2021 is to raise $1.1M for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research. Thank you to all who have already registered for the event for getting us off to such a great start! Still looking for a way to support the mission of finding a cure for T1D?

  1. Donate! Head over to www.beatthebridge.org to make a general donation and impact on T1D research.
  2. Join the fun! Create a team or sign-up as an individual at www.beatthebridge.org. Recruit your family and friends, put on your Beat the Bridge best, and lace up those sneakers as we Beat the Bridge for T1D! Log your miles by connecting your Beat the Bridge Participant Center to Strava or manually add them to see how you line-up against other Beat the Bridgers!
  3. Share with your community! Using the hashtags #BeattheBridge and #VirtualBTB, post your photos, videos, and general encouragement on the @JDRFGreaterNW Facebook and Instagram pages to raise awareness (and funds) T1D research!

So plan your route, lace up those sneakers and let’s all join in to go Beyond the Bridge for T1D!

Lilly Diabetes is proud to participate as a national corporate JDRF One Walk team. For nearly 100 years, Lilly Diabetes has been committed to meeting the everyday needs of people with diabetes through medicines, support programs and more. The nurses and pharmacists at Lilly Diabetes Solution Center are here for one reason: helping people. People with diabetes who are struggling to afford their Lilly insulin can call this center at 833-808-1234 to speak with someone who understands. Based on individual circumstances, we may be able to help people meaningfully lower the amount they pay for Lilly insulin. We’re standing by for your call, Monday through Friday.
