What time does the Walk start | Do I need to check in at the Registration Tent | Where can I pick up t-shirts | Are dogs allowed | Are strollers allowed | Where do I park | What should I expect
The Walk begins at 9:45am.Ā Some of our activities will start as early as 7am, so please come early and enjoy the activities and entertainment!
The Registration Tent is for turning in money the day of the Walk/Run.Ā If you already turned in all your donations, you do not need to check in at the Registration Tent.
Walk t-shirts have arrived!Ā You can pick them up at the office before October 16thĀ COB (M-F, 9am-5pm) or on Walk Day at the t-shirt tent near registration.Ā T-shirts are for individuals who raise over $100.
Yes!Ā Furry friends are welcome as long as they are on a leash.
They are however the route does contain a gravel part so strollers with larger wheels are recommended.
All registered participants will receive a FINAL DETAILS e-mail on Monday with this information.Ā There will be plenty of options of where to park.Ā We are encouraging everyone who is planning on attending this event to register by Monday morning so they can receive this important e-mail.
A lot of fun!Ā In addition to the run and walk route, we will have food and drinks throughout the day including hot dogs, sugar free sno cones, popcorn and more.Ā We also will have entertainment at the main base camp area and along the route.Ā Randy Beemer from WOAI is our emcee for the event.Ā Our activities will stay open till 12:30pm!Ā We also will have an Awards Ceremony for both runners, team awards, and the t-shirt contest winners.
